As U.S. venture capital investment in Canada returns to pre-2002 levels, Quebec has been the biggest benefactor. Start-up’s gear used for inaugural WiFi

Colubris Networks Inc. of Waltham, a wireless technology start-up, is supplying gear for WiFi service along the inaugural route in Washington. The WiFi zone, which will remain available to the public through Saturday, extends around Capitol Hill and along the parade route to the White House.
